Amazon joins our liste of partners!

We're excited to announce that Amazon, the e-commerce giant, has joined the Les Produits du Québec family. This partnership signifies a major step forward in our dedication to bringing local products to a global audience, enabling customers to make well-informed decisions.

The collaboration was formally unveiled to the press at Amazon's Lachine Distribution Center on February 19. The event featured speeches from several prominent figures who underscored the significance of backing local enterprises. Among the speakers were Elfi Morin, our General Manager, Christopher Skeete, Minister for the Economy, Minister responsible for the Fight against Racism and Minister responsible for the Laval region, and Jean-François Héroux, General Manager of the Amazon Distribution Centre. As Elfi Morin emphasized, "this new partnership is a fantastic opportunity to showcase products that have been awarded one of our certification marks, such as Product of Québec, Manufactured in Québec, or Designed in Québec."

A vision shared by André Buisson of Peinture Laurentide, who sees in this collaboration "the way to a future where sustainable consumption and local commerce can exist." Likewise, Josée De Lafontaine of Sac Magique, expressed her delight, noting that this partnership "will shine a light on products in the eyes of consumers." Christopher Skeete, Minister Delegate for the Economy, congratulated the initiative, while Jean-François Héroux, General Manager of the Amazon Distribution Center, said the whole team was delighted to be able to support the growth of local businesses.
