Founded in 1855 by Wilfrid-Étienne Brunet, the Brunet banner has always stood out for its avant-garde and innovative spirit. Despite a history spanning over a century and a half, Brunet's recent and remarkable expansion aligns with its vision: "Your health is everything!" This focus propels Brunet's continuous growth through the enhancement of its products and services.
With around 160 franchised establishments across Quebec, Brunet is committed to providing personalized health advice and services under its four banners: Brunet, Brunet Plus, Brunet Clinique and Clini Plus. Rooted in its founder's values, Brunet maintains a passion for the profession and an unwavering dedication to the health and well-being of its customers.
In 1955, marking its centenary, Brunet revamped its laboratory with cutting-edge equipment, reaffirming its commitment to customer service. This dedication has persisted, evident in the expanding network of Brunet establishments.
In 2009, the launch of the Brunet Plus concept aimed to revitalize offerings and meet evolving customer needs. These branches prioritize personalized service, offering an extensive range of health and beauty products alongside a wide selection of dermocosmetics.
Since April 2015, a futuristic concept has been implemented across Brunet-affiliated pharmacies, aiming for an enhanced customer experience. This redesign includes an upgraded laboratory, consultation offices, an expanded dermocosmetic section, and an overall reimagining to improve customer satisfaction.
Another significant milestone for Brunet arrived in 2018 when it secured a notable position in the Léger poll's WOW ranking. It proudly claimed the top spot among all pharmacy banners and landed within Quebec's top 10 best retailers across industries. This acknowledgement highlights Brunet's continuous drive for excellence, innovation, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
