Détail Québec is a non-profit organization dedicated to the retail sector. As a sectoral workforce committee, it serves as a benchmark for human resources management and skills development. Its main objective is to support Québec retailers by providing them with tools and services to enhance their employees’ skills, thereby increasing their competitiveness and profitability.
The organization carries out a wide range of initiatives, including online training courses, webinars, practical workshops and virtual training paths. It also provides work-study programs, organizes events and publishes studies and reports on best practices in human resources management. Thanks to these initiatives, industry players have access to valuable resources to optimize their strategies.
As a member of a network of 29 sectoral workforce committees, Détail Québec works closely with its partners to meet labour market challenges and promote employment opportunities in the retail sector. The organization plays a key role in the transformation of the sector through an agile and innovative approach, tailoring its services, which are accessible to all retailers, to real business needs.
