Positech Innovation is a recognized company in terms of postural support devices. André Beauchesne is the founding president and a true enthusiast in this field. After working for more than 20 years as a rehabilitation technician, he noticed a gap in the postural products offered on the market: standardized products failed to adapt to the evolving needs of users, which limited their long-term effectiveness. Driven by a desire to fill this gap and provide tailor-made solutions, André founded Positech Innovation in 1998.

More than a dozen employees proudly participate in the production of products at the company's facilities in Terrebonne. Positech Innovation and Les Produits du Québec  

The company has been a Les Produits du Québec program member since August 2022, and some of its products have obtained the Manufactured in Quebec certification mark. 

André recognizes the added value of enrolling in such a program. "We have joined the certification marks in order to highlight our Quebec-made products, and to stand out from the competition. In addition, our certification mark positions our company favourably in the eyes of occupational therapists, who immediately favour local companies and products", he explains.  

Products having obtained the certification mark include seat cushions, backrests, as well as accessories for Formus, Starus upper limbs and Tables.
