ABOUT
Volton is a family-owned business and a leader in customized heating solutions. Founded in 1971 by Frank Rudoletsky, a meticulous and passionate Swiss-German, Volton was among the pioneers in North America to produce high-quality heating elements, a standard it has upheld for decades. Rudoletsky's European expertise shaped the company's early years until 1991, when Jacques Mayer, an electrical engineer and graduate of the École Polytechnique, took the helm.
Today, Volton is managed by Julie Beauregard-Mayer, Jacques' daughter, who has over 20 years of experience with the company. Under her leadership, Volton continues providing innovative, high-performance, and eco-friendly industrial heating solutions while maintaining exceptional expertise and customer service.
Volton distinguishes itself by the quality of its products and its strong commitment to sustainability. Most of its heating elements, including heating bands, are recyclable, and the company is Ecocert-certified. Volton also maintains an eco-responsibility committee that meets several times yearly to explore new ways to reduce its environmental footprint. The company’s personalized approach includes tailored technical advice and prioritizes energy efficiency in every solution. True to its mission, Volton designs environmentally responsible products while continuing to innovate to meet the specific needs of its clients. Julie Beauregard-Mayer's vision aligns with her predecessors’, blending tradition, expertise, and forward-thinking innovation.

Volton and Les Produits du Québec
“In the manufacturing sector, more companies are sourcing their parts locally. The pandemic has underscored the importance of reducing dependency on foreign suppliers. Just as Americans are committed to 'Buy America,' we should foster a similar norm here. A self-reliant economy that creates local jobs and wealth is why we believe in the Les Produits du Québec program. Our certification marks bolster our credibility with customers.”
- Julie Mayer, President and CEO
