In 2022, three visionary entrepreneurs, Jade Trépanier, Vincent Trépanier, and Thomas Thivierge, united to establish PickPack, an enterprise dedicated to providing eco-conscious and sustainable packaging solutions for online commerce.

The mechanics are simple: while placing an order on the retailer's website, customers can opt for the PickPack feature. Once the order arrives, they can return the empty packaging via a Canada Post mailbox. The PickPack packaging undergoes collection and cleansing and is promptly set for reuse in subsequent shipments. "Receive, Fold, Reuse" – it’s that straightforward!

At the core of PickPack's mission is empowering society and businesses through sustainable practices. The company champions a circular economic model to curtail waste and promote responsible production. Respecting the consumer's freedom of choice is at the centre of its approach. It does not seek to impose responsible PickPack delivery but to make it simple, practical and accessible. "Together, let's make a difference" is a phrase that aptly defines PickPack's philosophy of collaborating with companies and consumers keen to reduce their ecological impact.

The company won first prize in the Business Services category of the OSEntreprendre 2023 Challenge.

The company has been a member of the Les Produits du Québec program since September 2022, when its reusable packaging was awarded the Designed in Québec certification mark.
