ABOUT

Coton Corail, founded by Maëva Deheaulme, illuminates homes with high-quality natural candles made with the utmost respect for our environment. Each product is meticulously hand-poured in their Montreal workshop, resulting in a unique, artisanal candle.

Coton Corail stands out in a market saturated with options by using North American-sourced soy wax and sustainable, phthalate-free, vegan, and animal-friendly fragrance oils. Every candle is an eco-conscious work of art that blends minimalist aesthetics with sustainability.

Maëva is committed to protecting nature. To this end, she has designed refillable candles to align with Quebecers' responsible consumption habits, favouring handmade products and environmental stewardship.

Beyond their aesthetic appeal, Coton Corail candles cater to consumers' relaxation needs, offering a refined olfactory experience.

Coton Corail in the spotlight

Maëva has chosen to collaborate with the Coral Gardeners, an organization dedicated to replanting coral on reefs worldwide to combat bleaching caused by global warming and acidification. A portion of the profits from each sale is donated to Coral Gardeners, contributing to coral reef reforestation and aquatic ecosystem preservation.

Coton Corail and Les Produits du Québec

"I support the Les Produits du Québec certification marks because they effectively showcase Quebec talent. It offers distinction and recognition of quality. Les Produits du Québec is a reliable guide for consumers, making it easy to identify high-quality Quebec products. This program guides customers towards responsible local purchasing like a lighthouse amidst a sea of 'Made in China' labels."

- Maëva Deheaulme, founder

The company joined the Les Produits du Québec program in July 2023, when its refillable candles were awarded the Manufactured in Québec certification mark.
