Founded in 2023 in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, UVArmure creates UPF 50+ certified sun protection clothing and accessories. The company originated from a personal crisis—Vanessa Côté's partner endured severe burns in 2020. Following his long recovery, this incident motivated the launch of UVArmure, aimed at heightening public awareness about the critical need for skin protection from UV rays, enabling safe and enjoyable sun exposure for all.

UVArmure aims to provide high-performance sun protection for daily life and outdoor activities. Dedicated to environmental responsibility, the company produces eco-friendly garments using ECONYL recycled fibres, focusing on superior quality. Each product features chlorine- and sunscreen-resistant, breathable, and highly elastic fabrics, ensuring comfort and certified protection that blocks 99.95% of UVA and UVB rays, even suitable for water sports.
