ABOUT
PRISE is a social and professional integration organization based in Victoriaville. Founded by Normand Bélisle, Gilles Lallier, Josée L’Heureux and Alain Laveault, its mission is give each person a chance to enjoy personal, professional, and social fulfillment. Since its inception, it has been supporting young adults on their path to employment, using on a human and structured approach.
Since 2017, PRISE has been collaborating with the Monseigneur-Côté adult education centre, allowing trainees to take their courses directly on-site and obtain official recognition of their skills.
The organization is based on solid values: collaboration, respect, integrity and commitment. These principles guide both its social action and production activities.
PRISE designs and manufactures sustainable, locally produced products, including a line of cutting boards. Part of the circular economy, they are made from wood scraps that are recovered and processed at its premises. Each piece, with its own colour and composition, is made following traditional craftsmanship and protected with a natural and biodegradable finish.
With more than 1,000 partner employers and a 90% placement rate, PRISE has supported more than 1,330 people since its creation.

The company has been a member of Les Produits du Québec program since June 2025. Certain of its products carry the Manufactured in Québec certification mark.
