Founded in 2023 in Sherbrooke, Oscar Robotics is a young, dynamic company created by seven enthusiasts: Jonathan O. Maruca, Mathias Bourgault, Anthony Breton, Diego-Alonso Lebanc-Romero, Félix Richard, Yohan Bélanger and Raphaël Cloutier. These robotics engineers are focused on designing autonomous tools that don’t replace employees but instead make their lives easier. The goal is to improve working conditions while optimizing efficiency in environments such as restaurants, where human interaction is central to the experience.

Oscar Robotics’ autonomous server assistants are entirely designed and manufactured in Québec. These intelligent robots automate repetitive and sometimes demanding tasks while making an establishment more profitable. Their innovative movement system for fluid, agile navigation means they’re able to perform well in busy spaces without the need to be manipulated.

People are at the heart of the company’s priorities. With heavy and monotonous tasks automated, employees can enjoy healthier and more pleasant working conditions. Oscar Robotics wants to co-create a positive community around robotics in order to bring this technology to the general masses. The company has been a member of Les Produits du Québec program since July 2024. Certain of its products carry the Manufactured in Québec and Designed in Québec certification marks.
