Founded in 2021 in Prévost, L’Assembleuse is a company that captures life stories and memories so they’re never forgotten. Its mission is to help document, share and pass on important moments, big or small, with grace and authenticity. 

L’Assembleuse works with people who want to preserve precious moments, celebrate a loved one’s life or keep family memories alive. It offers a range of practical and inspiring tools such as memory books and boxes, guided journals and personalized podcasts. Each creation is a space to gather memories and recount them, so they can be handed down to future generations.

For the company, quality, environmental responsibility and buying local are central to its activities. All books are designed and printed in Québec on 100% recycled Québec paper, and the cherry wood boxes are handcrafted. L’Assembleuse also surrounds itself with carefully chosen partners who share the same human and creative values.

The company won first prize for the Laurentian region in the “Individual Services” category at the 2021 OSEntreprendre Challenge. It also received a $5,000 grant as part of the 2021 Femme de tête competition and took third place at the 2022 Pitch Contest organized by the Société d’aide au développement des collectivités des Laurentides.

The company has been a member of Les Produits du Québec program since September 2025. Certain of its products carry the Product of Québec certification mark.
