IPHÉA creates natural skin and haircare products using plants and mushrooms from Canada’s boreal forest. Behind this socially conscious brand is a team of passionate women who have combined their expertise in cosmetology and mycology to create innovative, effective and environmentally friendly products.

The adventure began with Carole, who’s fascinated with medicinal plants. Originally from France, she discovered the richness Québec’s local vegetation and became interested in the properties of wild mushrooms. Influenced by her experience with Japanese experts, she imagined products based on tradition that incorporated the developments in modern science.

Initially created for personal use, IPHÉA products quickly found an audience. In collaboration with a specialized laboratory, the company now develops high-quality formulas that are entirely vegan, cruelty-free and locally made.

The ingredients are responsibly hand-picked by members of indigenous communities in Québec and Ontario, trained in sustainable harvesting. Each product reflects IPHÉA’s commitment to offering a natural and effective alternative to conventional cosmetics that respects the planet, health and communities.

The company has been a member of Les Produits du Québec program since January 2025. Certain of its products carry the Manufactured in Québec certification mark.
