Founded in Chicoutimi, in the heart of Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, Chlorophylle was born from a passion shared by three friends for the great outdoors: Gilles Couët, Laval Tremblay and Pierre Beaudoin. Inspired by a three-year journey across America and the diverse climates they encountered, the founders set out to create versatile clothing to accompany people on all their adventures in every season.
Innovation is at the heart of Chlorophylle’s product design. The weather-resistant clothing is created for years of outdoor fun. The collections reflect the discoveries of the researchers and explorers who test the clothing out on the land; each expedition is an opportunity for research and development.
Driven by a deep respect for the environment, the company uses recycled fibres and excludes toxic processes from its production chain. This responsible approach aims to create sustainable pieces, to be reused, and even passed down, from one generation to the next.
